The Role
Reporting to the Technical Manager, you will create fabrication drawings for the production team, as well as installation and general arrangement drawings for project management. You will also prepare engineering reports and support contract managers by providing technical information to architects, structural engineers, and clients, ensuring the successful delivery of Clip 'n Climb projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Create clear and accurate production drawings for the Clip 'n Climb system.
* Produce engineering reports and calculate loads using software.
* Produce installation drawing and technical drawings
* Ensure drawings are concise, error-free, and meet quality, EN standards, and structural requirements.
* Collaborate with UK and international project management to meet client expectations.
* Liaise with architects, engineers, quantity surveyors, and clients when necessary.
Skills & Qualifications
* Strong communication and collaboration skills.
* Ability to work independently and maintain focus.
* Excellent time management and punctuality.
* Valid driver's license
* Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or equivalent 3D CAD software.
* Knowledge of metal and timber fabrication, assembly techniques, part and assembly drawings, and tolerances.
