The site supports over 2,000 colleagues daily and includes landscaped gardens, woodlands, lawns, sports turf, ponds, and biodiversity-focused green spaces. Job Description Working under the Grounds Manager and Grounds Supervisor, you’ll help maintain and enhance the estate to the highest standards while supporting a safe, professional, and visually outstanding environment. This role would suit somebody with experience in grounds maintenance, horticulture, landscaping, or estate maintenance who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in delivering high-quality work. Key Responsibilities Lawn mowing and turf maintenance Hedge cutting, pruning, and shrub maintenance Flowerbed, woodland, and wildflower area upkeep Weed control and herbicide application Basic landscaping works Leaf clearance, litter picking, and gritting duties Operating and maintaining grounds machinery and tools Supporting biodiversity and estate presentation standards Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications Previous experience within grounds maintenance, horticulture, landscaping, or estate maintenance RHS/NVQ Horticulture qualification or equivalent practical experience preferred PA1 & PA6a desirable Physically challenging position.
