About This Role
We are recruiting an Associate Director to join our Retail, Consumer and Leisure Corporate Finance team, a market-leading group of sector specialists advising on high-profile mid-market transactions. You will play a key role in executing transactions and supporting origination activity, working with entrepreneurs, private equity and corporates across a fast-evolving consumer landscape.
What Your Days Will Look Like
As an Associate Director, you will combine strong execution capability with support for our origination and business development. Your day-to-day will include:
* Leading day-to-day transaction execution, managing workstreams, timelines and key stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes
* Supporting origination activity, contributing to pitch development, client targeting and relationship building
* Applying sector insights to inform client positioning and transaction strategy
* Acting as a key point of contact for clients and advisors throughout the deal lifecycle
* Supporting the development of junior team members, providing guidance, oversight and on-the-job coaching
This Role Is For You If
* You have strong transaction execution experience, ideally including experience within the Retail, Consumer and Leisure sectors
* You have experience delivering end-to-end M&A transactions, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively
* You are commercially aware, proactive and able to contribute to both execution and business development activity
* You demonstrate leadership within deal teams, supporting and developing junior colleagues
