Job Title: Housekeeping Assistant

Our Housekeeping Assistants play a vital role in maintaining a safe, hygienic, and welcoming environment across our dementia, nursing, residential, and specialist care homes. We believe every resident has a story to tell, and your efforts will help us provide the best care possible.
Responsibilities include:
1. Ensuring the home is kept clean and hygienic at all times.
2. Managing cleaning schedules and performing cleaning duties.
3. Maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for residents and staff.
4. Communicating effectively and kindly with residents and colleagues.
5. Recognising signs of abuse, harm, or neglect, and reporting concerns appropriately.
Requirements:
* Experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.
* Excellent time management and organisational skills.
* Positive energy and a natural ability to get along with people.
* Strong communication skills, both listening and giving instructions.
* Ability to recognise safeguarding concerns and undertake related training.
