The Role
We are currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Graduate Management Trainee to join our Glasgow based team. This entry-level role is designed for recent graduates looking to gain real world experience in sales and develop the foundational skills required for future progression.
You will work in a customer facing environment, engaging directly with customers, representing our brand, and supporting team activities. Through structured training, you will develop skills in sales, customer engagement, communication, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
* Engage with customers face to face to promote products and services
* Deliver clear and professional presentations tailored to customer needs
* Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
* Build and maintain positive customer relationships
* Represent the company in a professional and approachable manner
* Learn and apply sales, communication, and leadership techniques
* Contribute to individual and team performance targets
* Support team coordination and day to day activities
* Accurately record customer interactions and sales activity
Requirements
* Recent graduate (or equivalent qualification)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Confident, professional, and positive attitude
* Willingness to learn and develop new skills
* Proactive mindset
* Comfortable working in a customer facing role
* Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service is beneficial but not essential
