About the role
As an Assistant Store Manager at Victoria’s Secret, you’ll be a key part of the management team, ensuring the success of your store and inspiring the team to achieve their targets while creating the very best customer experience every day.

6. Open eyes and ears: Your passion and vision for our products will help the business grow. You’ll cultivate active listening and share ideas with your team and store partners.
7. Your feet on the ground: You’ll ensure the store is up to date, safe, and compliant, managing product launches, floor set changes, store audits, stock counts, H&S policies, and safety measures.
About you:
1. A wealth of experience: You have retail management experience in fast-paced stores, with a record of managing and exceeding sales targets and KPIs, and managing teams to deliver objectives.
2. Passion for retail: You are passionate about retail, creating unique experiences for customers both front and back of house.
3. Lead with purpose: You lead with purpose, engaging and developing your team with enthusiasm for the brand and customer experience.
