We’re looking for a driven Field Sales Representative to join Abco Kovex, part of Bunzl Plc, covering the Northern Ireland region. This role is perfect for someone early in their sales career who is ready to take the next step, working directly with customers to grow accounts, develop new business, and promote our range of packaging solutions. Key Responsibilities:
* Grow revenue and profitability within existing accounts and new prospects
* Identify opportunities to expand the product portfolio and increase sales margin
* Conduct site visits and customer calls to support development and relationship building
* Ensure customers are aware of the full range of products and solutions offered
What We’re Looking For:
* Self - motivation and ability to work autonomously
* Excellent communication and influencing skills to build long - term relationships
* Commercial awareness with good numerical and analytical abilities
* Evidence of success in business development or sales
* High attention to detail with a commitment to follow - through
Skills & Experience
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
* Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively.
* Approachable personality with strong customer -service orientation.
* Previous experience in Customer Service, Administration, or Telesales (minimum 1 year required).
* Leaving Certificate (required).
