The Role
The Business Analyst is responsible for driving the discovery, design, and delivery of digital solutions that align with Almac's strategic goals. This role bridges business needs and technical execution by leading requirements analysis, facilitating stakeholder engagement, supporting testing and business readiness, and ensuring continuous improvement of digital products and services. Additionally, the Business Analyst will provide ongoing support where necessary to ensure the successful adoption and utilisation of digital solutions.
For this specific vacancy this role plays a key part in supporting strategic supply chain initiatives. Experience within the pharmaceutical sector and familiarity with interactive response technology (IRT) are essential, as is the ability to thrive in an Agile team environment
Essential Criteria
* Have eligibility to work in the UK OR possess a valid work permit that will allow you to take up full time employment in the UK
* BA/BSc (Hons) degree or equivalent or experience in requirements elicitation, design and delivery of software solutions within the pharmaceutical, life sciences or healthcare industries
* Experience performing requirements analysis and elicitation for software products and solutions using agile and waterfall methodologies
* Experience in facilitating and executing testing of software products and solutions
* Experience managing multiple deliverables from product initiation through to delivery.
* Experience working in a multi-team environment with ability to meet key milestones
* Experience within the pharmaceutical sector and familiarity with interactive response technology (IRT) are essential, as is the ability to thrive in an Agile team environment.
