ROLE:Electrical/Mechanical Supervisor
HOURS: 40 hours per week – Monday to Friday (8:00am – 5:00pm, flexibility required)

We're looking for a Hard Services Supervisor (Electrical / Mechanical) to lead maintenance operations across a high‑profile defence site at BAE Systems, Filton.
This is a site‑based supervisory role, responsible for overseeing hard services delivery across multiple buildings, managing engineers and subcontractors, and ensuring all works are completed safely, compliantly, and to agreed standards. You'll play a key role in client engagement, performance management, and maintaining operational excellence in a demanding, security‑critical environment.
