We are seeking to hire a full-time Property Management Assistant based at Chapelworth House, Worthing. The role offers a standard 40-hour workweek, Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, with a salary range of £25,000 - £29,000 including OTE.
About the role
1. Invoicing
2. Data Entry / Project & Audit Tasks
3. Key Cutting
4. Assisting with Key collection arrangements (preparing keys for contractor visits)
5. Sending correspondence to Tenants & Landlords
6. Arranging Property Visits
7. Office Ordering
8. Logging maintenance and repairs on electronic systems
9. Assessing quotes via phone
10. Liaising with tenants, contractors, and suppliers for repairs and maintenance
11. Managing work progress to completion / closing on the system
12. Performing ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned
Skills required
