What you’ll be doing
1. Leading the identification and evaluation of revenue opportunities across the product lifecycle
2. Tracking the financial performance of activities, campaigns, and pricing initiatives against targets (Base ARPU, churn, gross adds, etc)
3. Partnering with Finance, Product teams to embed commercial rigour into activity and investment decisions
4. Analysing customer and usage data to find leakage risks, monetisation gaps, or optimisation potential
5. Developing and driving initiatives that improve customer lifetime value (CLV), margin, and product yield
6. Creating and evolving dashboards, forecasts, and performance tracking frameworks to monitor key revenue drivers
7. Managing quarterly and monthly revenue performance reviews, contributing to strategic planning and scenario modelling
8. Ensuring proper measurement and post-implementation review (PIR) of major commercial changes and investments
What we're looking for
9. Strong experience in commercial, finance, pricing, or revenue management, preferably in telecoms or other subscription-based industries
10. Track record of leading data-driven initiatives resulting in measurable commercial improvements
11. Strong knowledge and understanding of customer economics, ARPU dynamics, product lifecycle, and pricing mechanics
12. Experienced in analysing large, complex datasets to extract actionable insights and present clear, data backed narratives to senior stakeholders
13. High attention to detail and commercial awareness
14. Excellent communicator with a history of effectively influencing and aligning stakeholders across diverse teams including Base, Finance, Product, Customer Marketing, and Exec teams
