T&K Associates are currently recruiting on behalf of our Client in Measham for a number of Production Operatives to join their team on a Temporary on-going basis.

Production Operative Job Details & Benefits;
* Day shift - £13.09-£13.38 per hour
* Night shift - £15.23-£15.57 per hour
* Day shift hours - Monday-Thursday 6am-6pm on a shift pattern consisting of 4 on 3 off and 3 on 4 off (Monday to Wednesday)
* Night shift hours - Monday-Thursday 6pm-6am on a shift pattern consisting of 4 on 3 off and 3 on 4 off (Monday to Wednesday)
* No Friday or weekend working unless overtime is offered

We are recruiting for candidates across a number of departments where duties vary dependant on the area, however, could include the following;
* Packing the product
* Manually loading and unloading products onto automated machine
* Operating machinery
* Stacking & Palletising products
* Reading and completing paperwork
* Working from an ingredient sheet and following procedures to mix products and get them ready for the production process
* Moving products around the facility
* Quality checking
Production Operative Person Specification;
* Physically fit due to lifting and moving the product
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to follow a process and complete paperwork
* To be able to work on your own initiative or as part of a team
* Happy to stand for the duration of your shift & complete repetitive duties
