ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for an Account Manager to join our office-based team in Gibraltar. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, supporting their needs, and driving long-term partnerships. You will play a key role in maintaining strong relationships, ensuring smooth integrations, and contributing to revenue growth.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
* Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
* Support client onboarding and guide them through integrations and product launches.
* Work with internal teams to deliver timely solutions and meet client needs.
* Collect, organize, and share promotions from providers with clients.
* Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services.
* Provide regular updates and KPI reports to clients and management.
* Monitor the respective iGaming market and advise clients on relevant opportunities.
* Resolve client issues quickly and effectively to maintain service excellence.
* Participate in industry events and client meetings when required.
WHAT WE ASK OF YOU:
* 1–2 years' experience in Account Management, Business Development, or Customer Success (iGaming industry experience is a must).
* Track record of building client relationships and contributing to account growth.
* Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
* Commercially minded with good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM/project tools is a plus.
* A proactive, adaptable, and professional approach to work
* Willingness to travel for client meetings and business events.
