Hours: 22:00pm - 07:00am night shift Contract: Part-Time Permanent (18, 27 or 36-hour contracts available) Salary: Band 2 £24,465 per annum, in line with NHS Agenda for Change (AFC) enhancements and Marie Curie employee benefits package Locations: Central, North and East Cornwall (You will work within a 25-mile radius from your home address) As these are community-based roles, you will be responsible for planning your own work, responding to changes in patient conditions, prioritising care needs (including hygiene, nutrition and hydration, comfort, monitoring vitals, and more) as detailed in the personalised care plan and ensuring you escalate appropriately to senior staff within the multidisciplinary team in a timely manner.
