As part of our continued growth, we’re looking for an Associate Consultant to join our Employee Benefits (Health) team – supporting our consultants in delivering outstanding service to our corporate clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in employee benefits consultancy, with hands-on experience across client management, market reviews, and scheme implementation. How you'll make an impact Supporting lead consultants in managing a portfolio of healthcare clients. Acting as a point of contact for client queries and helping to build strong, lasting relationships. Conducting market reviews and re-broking exercises for both new and existing clients. Assisting with the annual renewal cycle, including scheme installations, underwriting, and claims support. Attending selected client meetings and contributing to service delivery. Maintaining accurate scheme documentation and client records. Collaborating with the administration team to ensure smooth operational delivery. Ensuring compliance with FCA regulations and internal governance standards. Keeping up to date with industry developments and regulatory changes. Plus any additional duties and responsibilities that may reasonably be expected to be undertaken in accordance with the role. About You A confident communicator with a client-first mindset. Highly organised with excellent attention to detail. Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable following processes and working within regulatory frameworks. Strong numeracy and literacy skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office – particularly Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and ideally Excel.
