Global Partnerships Manager (HG 17)

Main purpose of the job
The Global Partnerships Manager will be supporting the Global Marketing Manager in the development and delivery of our Global Partnership with City Football Group. The CFG partnership includes pourage rights, global activation rights, tickets and hospitality, plus bespoke experiences for guests and consumers. The CFG partnership has extensive global reach worldwide.
This role also drives a market performance mindset through facilitating accurate monthly & quarterly reporting across all KPI’s and supporting the global team during events with the execution of activations and hospitality experiences.
Accountabilities and deliverables
1. Guest ticket & hospitality programme management
2. In and out of stadia activations – development and delivery
3. Management of CFG partnership portal
4. Development, management, and distribution of CFG partnership toolkits
5. Pourage solutions and bar operations in stadia and at events
6. POSM and merchandise development for global partnership assets
7. Partnership asset management
8. Market liaison and POC
9. Internal business and market engagement across the global partnership
Qualification Criteria
10. At least degree level education
11. Experience in Partnerships and the execution of partnership rights
12. Proven experience in development and execution of brand activations with a broad mix of ATL and BTL
13. Experience managing production and delivery of truly 360-degree assets
14. Experience developing winning approach at PoP: POSM and ROS driving activity BTL
15. Successful track record of managing the relationship of multiple agencies involved in the projects.
16. Experience in development of brand toolkits, customer / market sell in and internal brand partnership advocacy
17. International experience a bonus with associated cultural empathy
18. Highly effective project management skills
