A Day in the Life of a Receptionist at Our Hotel
This hands-on role requires the ability to answer guest inquiries courteously, promote hotel services, and demonstrate knowledge of hotel products, services, pricing, policies, and local area tips.
* Be the friendly face and voice guests remember, creating a warm welcome!
* Handle check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests efficiently, making everyone feel special.
* Be the local expert, sharing the best spots and attractions.
* Multitask confidently: answer calls, manage bookings, and assist guests with a positive attitude.
* Maintain a tidy, welcoming front desk environment.
* Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are ready and requests are fulfilled.
* Surprise guests with thoughtful touches, enhancing their stay.
* Process reservations, changes, and cancellations promptly, ensuring guest satisfaction.
What We Need From You
* A people person with great communication skills and a knack for creating memorable guest experiences.
* Organised and detail-oriented, ensuring smooth operations.

* Experience in a similar hotel role preferred.
* Energetic and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.

* Able to work various shifts: 06:45 - 15:15, 09:00 - 18:00, or 14:30 - 23:00.
