Your day to day
You will contribute to the design and development of software products and projects which will be varied, likely including the design of applications and data management systems in defence. The successful candidate will be required to hold security clearance to at least SC level.
Key Responsibilities
* Experience in conducting user research to uncover user needs and identify requirements
* Analyse user needs and behaviours
* Develop ideas and transform requirements into responsive wireframes, mock‑ups, and designs that are clear and intuitive
* Collaborate with developers and stakeholders
* Test and iterate designs based on feedback
Key Qualifications
* A passion for UX/UI design, problem solving and improving user experiences
* A keen eye for visual design and detail
* Strong creativity and the ability to bring insights to life through design
* Strong communication skills and the ability to explain and demonstrate your thinking clearly
* Willingness to learn and be involved in all stages of the design lifecycle
* Excellent collaboration skills
* Eligibility to work and live in the UK
* Willingness to undergo and maintain UK government SC‑Level security clearance
