What do I need?
* Experience managing a team of software engineers (typically 5 to 10)
* Budget management including cost management and change requests
* Understanding of UML, C or C++
* Strong project manager from planning to delivery
* Good understanding of the SDLC
* Strong communicator with ability to inspire and inform teams in a timely and accurate manner
* Candidates must be eligible for Security Clearance - sole British Citizen or Dual National with British Citizenship
