About The Programme
Our Career (rotational) Development Programme (CDP) is a three-year journey for ambitious mechanical engineers (0–2 years’ experience). You’ll rotate through three 12-month assignments, gaining hands‑on experience in areas such as, but not limited to:
* Design and Maintenance
* Plant Operations and Manufacturing
* Production and Project Engineering
* Start-up & Commissioning
* Operations Excellence and Mechanical Integrity
o At least one rotation will be at a plant site, giving you real‑world exposure.
Potential locations may include, but are not limited to, the following. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.
* Basingstoke
* Carrington
* Chertsey
* Crewe
* Ellesmere Port
* Hull
* Walkden

What We’re Looking For
* B.S. or M.S. in Mechanical Engineering
* Graduating between December 2025 and August 2026
* Strong academic record (e.g., 2:1 or above or local equivalent)
* Internship/co‑op experience a plus
* Leadership and campus involvement
