Key Supervisor responsibilities:
* Support the retail management team daily
* Lead by example and deliver excellent customer service
* Take responsibility as Supervisor for opening and closing the store
* Assist with visual merchandising and stock standards
* Train and motivate the retail team
About you:
* Previous experience as a Supervisor or Senior Sales Assistant in retail
* Positive, hands-on and team-focused
* Enjoys working in a busy retail environment
* Flexible to work weekends and holidays
