We have an opportunity for an Administrator to support our Inpatient Hub in Ancora House.
We are looking for a motivated and resourceful individual to join our administration team. You should possess commitment to team working and innovative delivery of excellent standards of work.
The applicant will be expected to be able to organise and prioritise their own workload on a daily basis and ensure that time deadlines are met and that urgent work is accommodated.
This is a varied role and can be demanding at times, whilst supporting the clinical team. The applicant will be expected to provide cross cover for colleagues as and when required.
We will ensure that you have access to internal opportunities for development with access to supervision and appraisal.
This is a 12 month fixed term full time role.
The Trust currently supports the Real Living Wage (RLW) hourly rate as set by the Living Wage Federation and will apply a pay supplement if the national A4C hourly rate falls below this.
Ancora House is a child and adolescent mental health service, consisting of two wards, Coral Ward and Indigo Ward, an Assessment and Outreach Team and an Eating Disorder Service. The inpatient wards provide person centered acute care for young people aged 14-18. The multidisciplinary team comprises of nursing, occupational therapy, psychology, family therapy and psychiatry. The administrator will work across all areas, providing comprehensive administration support for the Tier 4 Service.
