Job Responsibilities
Classroom Responsibilities:
* Assist Lead Teacher with classroom prep and daily activities
* Support implementation of developmentally appropriate curriculum
* Ensure childrens safety and promote positive guidance techniques
* Engage children with warmth open communication and individualized attention
* Encourage creativity independence and exploration in learning
* Support social-emotional growth and conflict resolution
* Maintain a balanced learning environment (indoor/outdoor group/individual)

* Support Director and work harmoniously with staff

* Attend meetings and school events as required
Additional Duties:
* Follow protocol for securing substitutes
* Must have current negative TB test on file
