About the Role:
• Lead a dedicated care team delivering high‑quality, therapeutic, family‑style care
• Ensure the home consistently meets or exceeds Ofsted standards
• Oversee safeguarding, compliance, rota coordination, and staff development
• Provide hands‑on support to young people with emotional and behavioural needs
• Foster strong, collaborative relationships with professionals and local authorities

About You:
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy in a children’s residential setting
• Level 3 Diploma in Children & Young People’s Workforce (or equivalent)
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Residential Childcare (or willingness to enrol)
• In-depth knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding procedures
• Experience supporting children with trauma, attachment issues, and challenging behaviours
• Full UK manual driving licence
• A calm, resilient, compassionate approach — with a good sense of humour
