Key Duties

4. Operate during opening hours from Monday to Friday 10:00am - 8:30pm, Saturday 9:30am - 6:30pm, and Sunday 11:00am - 5:00pm.
5. Engage in negotiable shift patterns; alternate Saturday work available.
6. Invest in the latest equipment and technology, including OCT, Auto Phoropters, Auto-Refractors, Fundus Cameras, and Computerized referral systems.
7. Run specialist services such as MECS, Glaucoma monitoring, and Cataract monitoring, in addition to EOS schemes.
8. Achieved a Which 5-star ranking for Optical customer service in 2019.
9. The optical department includes 2 consulting rooms and employs a range of experienced Optometrists, Dispensing Opticians, Optical Assistants, and Lab Technicians.
