We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Key Stage 1 Teacher (QTS required) to join a welcoming and well-established two form entry primary school in Ealing from September. You will be joining a strong KS1 team where collaboration is at the heart of practice, with shared planning, resources, and a consistent approach across year groups. The Role:
* Take responsibility for a KS1 class (Year 1 or Year 2) and deliver engaging, creative lessons in line with the National Curriculum
* Plan and deliver high-quality learning experiences that support progress across all subject areas
* Create a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes independence and a love of learning
* Assess and track pupil progress, using this to inform teaching and interventions
* Work closely with your parallel teacher in a two form entry setting to share planning and best practice
* Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development
* Communicate effectively with parents and carers to support learning at home
* Contribute to the wider life of the school and participate in whole-school initiatives

What We’re Looking For:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
* Experience teaching in KS1 (Year 1 or Year 2 preferred)
* Strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum
* A creative, enthusiastic, and reflective approach to teaching
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* A commitment to inclusive practice and high expectations for all pupils
