I am working with a client who is seeking a professional and friendly Front of House Administrator / Receptionist to support a busy site during a seasonal peak period until the end of August. This is a customer-facing role within a well-established organisation. The position is primarily phone-based, with additional reception and administrative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Answering iing calls and directing enquiries appropriately
2. Taking accurate messages and ensuring timely follow-up
3. Greeting visitors and customers in a professional manner
4. Booking service work where required
5. Providing general front-of-house support
6. Assisting with basic administrative tasks
About the Environment
7. Based at a busy, customer-facing site with on-site parking and kitchen facilities
8. Supporting a team across parts, service, and sales departments
9. Dealing with both trade customers and members of the public

10. Previous reception, customer service or administration experience
11. Confident telephone manner and strongmunication skills
12. Organised and able to manage a busy workload
13. Friendly, approachable and professional at all times.
