The position:
* Represent The North Face, promoting and living the brand values.
* Support the Assistant Manager and the Store Manager in delivering a world class brand experience for our customers in a truly iconic location.
* Lead, motivate and inspire the store team to deliver their maximum potential.
* Ensure floor coverage is maximised based on Store Management instruction, and the need of the customer
* Mentor and coach the development of staff.
* Assist in oversight and delegation for all operational procedures.
* Help ensure the Health, Safety and Wellness of all staff.
* Help maintain the store VM and ensure it is easy to shop in line with brand guidelines.
* Coach the store team to achieve KPIs and strive for improvement.
* Manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Manager
The person:
* Retail Management experience at a Supervisory level desirable, but not essential
* Customer-centric approach with a proactive attitude and willing to get involved, working alongside your colleagues.
* Motived by success and capable of instilling this in others.
* Excellent interpersonal skills: able to communicate and connect effectively with customers, store teams and head office staff.
* Focused on maintaining and improving staff development, setting them up for success in the store and beyond.
