Duties and responsibilities
Manage and update the hotels social media channels (e.g. Instagram, Facebook)
Update and manage content on the hotel website, including offers, banners, images,
Create engaging social media content, including posts, stories, reels, and captions
Design marketing artwork and promotional materials using Canva (digital and print)
Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns and seasonal promotions
Create, schedule, and send email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp
Maintain and update email databases in line with data protection guidelines
Monitor social media engagement, messages, and online reviews
Coordinate with hotel departments to gather content and promote offers
Support website updates and online promotions
Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports on social media and email marketing results
Monitor competitor activity and stay up to date with digital marketing trends
Competencies and Skills
Intermediate PC skills on all MS applications
Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing
Experience using Canva or similar design tools
Familiarity with Mailchimp or other email marketing platforms (preferred)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Creative mindset with attention to detail and branding
Good organisational and time-management skills
