I'm currently recruiting on behalf of a fantastic independent venue in East Wiltshire thats dedicated to seasonal, sustainable cooking.
This is a brilliant opportunity for a Junior Sous Chef to join a talented kitchen team working with top-quality, homegrown produce in a calm, professional environment.
The venue is open five days a week for breakfast and lunch, with relaxed dinner service on Friday and Saturday evenings.
The kitchen operates with straight shifts and a strong emphasis on work-life balance.
The Role:
Supporting the Head and Sous Chef in day-to-day kitchen management
Running your section with confidence and consistency
Helping to create and deliver evolving seasonal menus
Maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and organisation
Mentoring junior team members and contributing positively to the kitchen culture
The Offer:
£15 per hour + tips
Regular 8 hours paid overtime available weekly
Total package worth around £40,000 OTE
40-hour contract, working Wednesday to Sunday
No split shifts just straight, well-organised service
Creative input on menus

Experienced Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef looking for a new challenge
