Skills & Experience Required:
1. Proven experience in conducting both primary and secondary research in a commercial (non-academic) setting.
2. * Skilled in qualitative research designing discussion guides, facilitating interviews/focus groups, analysing insights, and delivering actionable reports.*
3. Strong background in.*Quantitative methods* including survey design, statistical analysis, and reporting.
4. Ability to manage and deliver multiple research projects simultaneously.
5. Proficient in synthesizing complex data into clear insights using a storytelling approach.
6. Degree or professional qualification in a research-related discipline (eg, MRS); strong numerical and analytical skills.
7. Experience building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
