As part of The Tithe Barn team you will be working under the guidance of the Sales Office Supervisor and Sales Office Manager, you will champion and deliver a range of high-quality Weddings and Events at The Tithe Barn, creating memorable experiences for all of your clients and ensuring the highest standards of operation at all events through exceptional customer service, supplier liaison and collaborative working.
What you'll be doing as part of the team -
* To support the Sales Office Supervisor and Sales Office Manager in generating an increased financial contribution to the business by driving sales to the venue and achieving profit targets.
* To support the Operations team to deliver exemplary events and enabling them to carry out their duties and provide exemplary customer service, whilst protecting the reputation of the business.
* To demonstrate a cooperative approach ensuring that as a member of The Tithe Barn, The Kingfisher team and the wider Donnington & Co Group you work collaboratively with peers to achieve the best possible outcome for the business in line with the strategic plan.
* Conduct thorough site visits of the property with potential clients and to maximise the number of showrounds that can be conducted and the conversion rates that are achieved.
* To respond to all enquiries (by telephone or email) quickly and efficiently and follow up provisional bookings to ensure we convert sales.
* Take responsibility for all office administration including the drawing up of contracts, invoices and other paperwork relating to events, including the maintenance of client and supplier files, tokenising cards, payments and weekly trackers.
* Conduct details meetings with clients and Wedding couples to a high and professional standard to ensure trust with the client and all details are taken correctly.
* To be adaptable with clients between various events including Weddings, Events, Christmas Parties.
* To support the Operations Team in ensuring that all Events have an up-to-date and thorough function sheet for each event.
* To be fully conversant with operational procedures, health & safety legislation, company rules, licensing laws and regulations.
* To work weekends and evenings when meetings and events show rounds are booked.
* Any other reasonable management requests.
