Responsibilities
will include:
1. Work closely with the Talent team and hiring managers to understand role details
2. Post job descriptions / adverts on various online platforms
3. Source and screen candidates to ensure alignment withpany values, culture and job requirements - using databases, agencies, social media and technical platforms such as Stack Overflow and Github
4. Screen CVs and schedule interviews
5. Provide feedback
6. Manage and nurture the existing candidate network, whilst continually developing a strong pipeline of candidates
The successful candidate will have circa 1 year technical recruitment experience, either in-house or agency.
This role is paying up to £30k plus excellent benefits including annual bonus (up to 10% of salary), 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, remote working, pension, life assurance and more.
