About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Assistant with a strong focus on Purchase Ledger to join a highly regardedmercial legal firm. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in finance while contributing to the smooth running of supplier payments and ledger management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Inputting purchase ledger invoices accurately and efficiently
2. Liaising with budget holders to obtain timely payment approvals
3. Reconciling supplier ledger accounts against statements
4. Maintaining accurate records of legal searches andpleting reconciliations where required
5. Preparing supplier payments in line withpany policies and deadlines
About You
6. Previous experience in a finance/ purchase ledger role.
7. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
8. Excellentmunication skills for liaising with internal stakeholders and suppliers
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
10. Proficiency in MS Excel and finance systems
