Job Description Registered Home Manager – Up to £55,000 Bonus Our client is looking for a experienced Registered Home Manager to lead a welcoming and warm nursing home that supports older adults requiring nursing, dementia, and residential care. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established service that puts people at the heart of everything it does. With a strong reputation in the community and a supportive senior leadership team, this is a role where the right manager can really make a difference. As the Registered Home Manager, you will take the lead in overseeing the daily running of this warm and friendly nursing home. The home prides itself on providing personalised, high-quality care in a safe and nurturing environment. The service is looking for a manager with the passion and leadership skills to maintain and improve CQC standards, support staff wellbeing, and ensure residents are treated with dignity, respect, and kindness. What You’ll Need Experience as a Registered Home Manager in an older adult care setting Proven track record of achieving Good or Outstanding CQC ratings Level 5 in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care or equivalent Nursing qualification (preferred but not essential) A full UK driving licence Strong leadership and communication skills, with a people-first approach Why Join This Service?
