Sales Development Representative (SDR) Location: Ashton Old Baths, Ashton-under-Lyne (Hybrid) Full-time or Part-time (school-hours considered) OTE: £40,000–£55,000 Hoffmann Reed, a specialist executive search and leadership advisory firm, is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our continued growth within the pensions and investment sector. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded individual who thrives on building relationships, generating opportunities, and contributing directly to business development outcomes. About the Role As our SDR, you will play a key part in identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective clients. Working closely with our UK Client Lead, you will focus on opening new conversations, generating leads, and booking high-quality meetings within the pensions and investment market. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys proactive outreach, understands the importance of relationship-building, and is motivated by achieving results in a professional services environment.
