You’ll collaborate with in-house experts across product, procurement and planning to deliver technically informed, commercially smart solutions.

The Role – Account Executive / Sales Executive
You’ll drive B2B sales growth, manage key accounts and win new business across private label, contract manufacturing and branded supplements.
This is a consultative, insight-led role for someone who wants to understand what they’re selling, translate technical detail into customer value, and build partnerships with real commercial impact.
Key Responsibilities
1. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
2. Identify and win new B2B customers through strategic prospecting
3. Manage and grow existing client accounts
4. Develop and execute sales strategies for defined markets
5. Negotiate pricing, terms and specifications and close deals
6. Build long-term, trusted customer relationships
7. Develop strong product and industry knowledge
8. Translate technical detail into clear customer value
9. Use CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) to manage pipeline and forecasts
10. Collaborate with marketing, product and supply chain teams
11. Represent the business at trade shows and industry events
About You
12. Proven experience in B2B sales, account management or business development
13. Track record of achieving or exceeding targets
14. Consultative sales style with strong commercial acumen
15. Interest in health, wellness, nutraceuticals or technically led products
16. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
17. Organised, resilient and self-motivated
18. Confident using CRM systems and reporting tools
19. Willing to travel to clients and events
