Lead and manage a small team of managers overnight, ensuring the delivery of replenishment activities for customers the following morning.
Plan for upcoming key trading activities and events by collaborating with the store leadership team.
Manage people-related activities, including pay, scheduling, training, communication, performance management, absence, and disciplinary procedures.
Take full accountability for the store overnight, role model high standards, and coach for efficiency and excellence.
Ensure the health and safety of all colleagues during your shift.
Our nightshift managers work full-time over 4 nights, typically from 22:00 to 08:00, with a £4,500 premium on top of their base salary.
