Your role in a nutshell
Support the store management team in driving sales and profit within the store through the delivery of exceptional customer service on the shop floor at all times. Demonstrate and uphold the values and vision of the company whilst ensuring adherence to company procedures and policies.

With over 2,000 exciting products designed to suit every customer’s preference, your team will talk with customers every day, learning their needs and recommending products that make them feel good. Products are sourced ethically and packed with natural ingredients, supporting communities through Community Trade programmes.
As part of our dedicated team of Consultants you will offer expert advice to customers and provide an inspirational insight into The Body Shop products and philosophy, engaging customers with range that suits their preferences and lifestyle.
