Outwood Academy Redcar is an excellent place to take the next step in your career by joining our Facilities Team as a Site Supervisor. In the role here at Redcar, you will work as part of a team supporting our Site Manager, ensuring the provision of a high-quality learning environment is achieved throughout the academy.
Responsibilities
* keep the site tidy, well maintained, secure and safe
* be a key holder of the premises responsible for the opening and closing of the school
* carry out statutory compliance checks and maintain accurate records on our CAFM system
* lead by example with your attitude to health and safety requirements
* undertake site maintenance and carry out minor repairs
Working patterns and terms
Working patterns are Monday to Friday 6:30 - 14:30 and/or 10:30 - 18:30; a split shift may be required on the odd occasion for holiday cover and flexibility for events such as parents evenings, school production, etc. This is a full-time, all year round vacancy; however, applications from candidates seeking part-time or term time work will be considered.
