Key responsibilities: Support clients to manage their mental health and daily living Promote healthy lifestyles and reduce harmful behaviours Strengthen social, family, and community connections Assist with access to education, employment, and support services Make a real difference by helping clients work toward recovery and reduce their need for acute mental health services. You will also bring with you: Mental Health and/or Welfare qualification (desirable) Experience in community-based mental health support Knowledge of dual diagnosis, dual disability, and complex client needs Understanding of Recovery Frameworks and the Social Model of Health Familiarity with mental health legislation, policy, and service systems Competence in risk assessment, safety procedures, and clinical documentation Strong awareness of client vulnerabilities and safety for clients, families, and staff View the position description How to apply Click APPLY to submit your interest.
