Customer Service Assistant Location : Tipton, Birmingham Hours - Monday - Friday - Work for Home ( 1 day in the office once a month ) Initial 3 weeks training - Full time in the office in Tipton, Birmingham We are ideally looking for applicants who are able to start immediatley. Customer Service To help manage, maintain, -today client operational and administrative requirements of the business. To support easy of transaction for the clients and the ongoing development of the brand as a leading supplier. Key Responsibilities: Contacting customers to confirm vehicle availability. Contacting existing customers to find work for drivers. Accurate Inputting of orders to the database. Managing relationships with a number of our customers. Supporting the client inbox dealing with any queries relating to the collection or delivery of vehicles Dealing with driver dqueries, breakdowns etc. Investigate and respond to customer complaints. Assisting driver management team. Dealing with day-to-day operational issues. *Training to be completed on all areas of Customer Services to ensure you are adaptable to each area requiring cover depending on pressure points through the day. Handling both inbound and outbound calls in a timely & professional manner Responding to client emails efficiently Completing designated tasks i.e. drivers are not left waiting for outcome on reported issues. General housekeeping of Customer Service admin and taking ownership of the assigned tasks.
