For the successful Laser Operator / Setter our client is offering:
* Hourly rate up to £14.00 per hour on the day shift
* Day Shifts are 7:30am - 16:15pm - Monday to Thursday and 7:30am- 13:30pm -Friday's
* Temporary-Permanent position

* Overtime available and paid at T1/3
* Training opportunities
The role – Laser Operator / Setter;
* Operating a TRUMPF laser
* Conduct regular visual quality checks or take measurements
* Loading programs and raw materials
* Setting the machine to process various thickness of materials
* Reading engineering drawings
* Supporting in other departments where required
What our client is looking for in a Laser Operator / Setter;
* Previous experience setting and operating Trumpf Machines - ESSENTAL
* Bystronic machines would be an advantage as would Turret/Punch Press.
