Step Into Leadership as Our New Third in Charge
We're looking for an inspiring, organised, and confident Third in Charge to join our welcoming nursery in the North Bristol area. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Room Leader or senior practitioner who's ready to take on more responsibility and play a key role in shaping the quality and culture of our setting.

What You'll Be Doing
* Supporting the management team in the day-to-day running of the nursery
* Leading by example to ensure exceptional care, learning, and safeguarding
* Overseeing room practice and supporting Room Leaders where needed
* Taking charge of the nursery in the absence of senior management
* Coaching and mentoring staff to maintain high standards
* Building strong relationships with families and supporting a warm, inclusive culture
* Contributing to planning, quality improvements, and reflective practice across the setting
What We're Looking For
* Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
* Strong experience as a Room Leader or senior practitioner
* Confident leadership skills with a nurturing, positive approach
* Excellent xsngvjr communication and organisational abilities
* A passion for delivering outstanding early years practice
* Someone who thrives in a supportive team and enjoys taking initiative
