Our client is an exciting and fast-growing women's fashion brand making waves in the UK market. Known for their bold, creative campaigns and inclusive approach, they've grown rapidly from a strong online following to being stocked by major high-street and international retailers.
They're now looking for a Social Media & Marketing Apprentice to join their close-knit marketing team and help bring the brand to life across digital channels. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that's ideal for someone who loves content creation, has a strong grasp of social media trends, and wants to be part of a small team making a big impact.

What You'll Do
· Manage day-to-day posting across TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms, keeping content fresh, on-brand, and engaging.
· Support the planning, creation, and editing of video and static content (Reels, TikToks, Stories, grid posts).
· Create simple graphics for social media, email, and campaigns using tools like Canva or Adobe.
· Assist with rolling out campaigns across social media, email, and website.
· Keep up with trends, sounds, and cultural moments to spot opportunities for the brand.
· Engage with followers and community members through comments, DMs, and ambassador networks.
· Help organise and run creative shoots—sourcing inspiration, props, and supporting on set.
· Maintain content calendars to ensure campaigns are well planned and delivered on time.
· Contribute to social performance reports, focusing on engagement, reach, and growth insights.
What You'll Bring
· Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram—what works, what doesn't, and how to stand out.
· Experience editing short-form video content (TikTok/Reels).
· Basic graphic design skills (e.g. Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator).
· Confident, fun, and authentic copywriting for captions.
· Proactive, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-moving creative environment.
· A genuine interest in culture, trends, and making shareable content.
· A passion for inclusive brands and online communities.
About You
· Achieved English and maths GCSEs at C/4 and above.
· Ideally educated to A-level standard in synergistic subjects.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Have existing video editing skills (e.g. CapCut, Adobe Premiere).
· Basic graphic design knowledge (Canva or Adobe Suite).
· Strong knowledge of TikTok and Instagram content creation.
The Apprenticeship:
This role will be part of a level three Multi-Channel Marketer apprenticeship provided by The Marketing Trainer. The apprenticeship covers a wide range of topics over its 15-month duration, including:
· Campaign management;
· Content creation;
· Social Media marketing;
· Digital and traditional communications;
· Brand management;
· Communication skills;
· Project Management;
· And much, much more.
All training and support will be conducted remotely via small group training cohorts and one-to-one coaching sessions that ensure you receive individualised support along the entirety of the apprenticeship.
In addition to this, the successful candidate will be enrolled on a full CIM Foundation Certificate at no extra cost. This means that once you're finished on the apprenticeship you'll be awarded two distinct qualifications as opposed to one.
