Data entry of financial documents such as supplier invoices, purchase orders and other financial data Reconciling purchase orders to invoices received and ensuring they are coded properly. Answering finance-based queries from internal and external stakeholders via email and telephone Reconciliation of supplier accounts and statements. Providing general administrative support to the finance department. Processing and answering queries and questions around expenses claims.
