Summary:
Our client is looking to appoint an experienced Restaurant Manager to be based in Aviemore on a full time, permanent basis.
Duties include:
1. Oversee Restaurant and Food Service operations and staff.
2. Ensure compliance with relevant food safety and hygiene regulations including training of staff.
3. Carry out risk assessments and implement policies.
4. Monitor and review pricing models and oversee procurement to obtain best value and profitability.
5. Rota management, ensuring efficient cover at all times.
6. Budget management and reporting for the department.
7. Work with the Head Chef in menu planning and delivery.
8. Recruitment, induction and training of catering staff.
