This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who can provide first-line HR support, coordinate day-to-day HR activities, and offer guidance on standard HR and employee relations matters.
Key Responsibilities:

People Strategy & Projects: Support HR projects, contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes and the colleague experience.

Attraction, Recruitment & Onboarding: Proactively manage recruitment activities, act as the subject matter expert for the online recruitment platform, and oversee end-to-end onboarding processes.
*
Learning, Development & Performance: Assist with performance and bonus cycles, support the annual learning plan, and deliver HR training sessions.
*
Experience, Engagement & Inclusion: Coordinate engagement surveys, wellbeing initiatives, and support recognition platforms and EDI programs.
*
Policies, Process & Employee Relations: Provide guidance on employee relations matters, HR policies, procedures, and employment law. Maintain policies in line with best practice and legislative changes.
*
Systems, Data & Reporting: Administer HR systems, produce accurate HR metrics, and provide regular reporting.
*
Leavers & Lifecycle Administration: Manage the leaver process and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Proven experience in an HR advisory role covering general HR advice, administration, recruitment, and HR systems.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with professional judgement.

Ability to handle sensitive and challenging situations appropriately.

Competent in Microsoft Office and HR software.

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
