We're looking for Team Leaders to lead our Market Street teams in delivering fresh products and ideas for our customers.
As a Market Street Team Leader, you’ll be the driving force behind our teams, and your responsibilities will include:
1. Ensuring our Market Street Counter standards remain exceptionally high through maintenance and improvements.
2. Multi-skilling colleagues across counters and providing them with the tools to do their jobs effectively.
3. Coordinating and communicating daily within counters, including Deli, Oven Fresh, Pie Shop, Fresh to Go, Bakery, and Cake Shop, supporting colleagues where required.
4. Creating a team that delivers outstanding, friendly, and helpful service to all customers.
5. Fostering an engaging environment where colleagues are trusted to put customers first and contribute ideas for improvement.
6. Building a supportive, performance-driven culture where achievements are recognized and rewarded.
7. Analyzing department data to identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce waste, and mitigate risks.
8. Ensuring all policies, procedures, and legal obligations are followed as specified by the company.

You’ll be someone who:
* Can build and maintain effective relationships
* Has experience in developing and leading teams, coaching for high performance
* Possesses strong operational and technical knowledge of Market Street counters
* Can plan, organize, and manage workloads effectively
* Works well under strict deadlines
