About the Role Working closely with the Restaurant Manager and the wider team, you’ll play a key role across our Breakfast, Afternoon Tea, and Dinner services. As Head Waiter, you will: Support restaurant management in delivering exceptional service in the Dining Room and Drawing Room Be fully conversant with departmental operations and systems Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting ways to enhance our products and guest experience Ensure all guests receive attentive, courteous, and professional service in line with SOPs Help uphold all in‑house policies, procedures, and legislation Assist with daily maintenance checks and departmental checklists Work with the management team to meet weekly and monthly cover and revenue targets, actively seeking opportunities to increase profit and guest numbers You’ll join a team known for its creativity, passion for fresh food, and commitment to exceptional service — all striving to go above and beyond for guests, colleagues, and the community.
